Hawaii… and baseball. It’s a combination that may be too hard to pass up!
So if you happen to be headed to the Islands this summer or winter, or know someone else who is, we’re excited to tell you that the Los Angeles Dodgers are bringing their renowned youth baseball camps to Oahu for the first time. Through a partnership with the Dodgers Training Academy, boys and girls aged 8-12 can learn from a group of instructors who have played the game at the highest level. Each Dodgers Training Academy Hawaii camp will run for four days, from 9am to 12pm, and campers will work on the five basic tools of the game: hitting, hitting for power, running, throwing and pitching, and fielding.
The cost is just $299 per camper – with $50 off for Hawaii residents. Each camper will receive a Dodgers shirt, hat, and a free 3-month subscription to our On Demand video training series – itself a $99 value.
The summer camps in Honolulu will be held July 13-16, 20-23, and 27-30 at Mid-Pacific Institute (2445 Kaala Street). The Mililani camps will take place on the same dates, July 13-16, 20-23, and 27-30, at Mililani High School (95-1200 Meheula Parkway). More camps are being planned for the winter and for 2022.
